I completed my Goodreads Challenge…

So it’s July and we’re only a little past the halfway point of 2014. And yet I finished my Goodreads Challenge.

Goodreads Challenge

Look, there it is.

I have no idea what happened. It’s not that I read many shorts. Last year I read 53 books and I’ve already gone over the number of pages of last year.

So I guess have to start pointing fingers.

It’s all your fault!

I’ve met far too many amazing book bloggers and enthusiastic readers this year and it’s contagious. But I’m grateful. Thank you, everyone!

Anyway, I think I’ll be upping my challenge to 75 and see what happens. Anyone wants to take a guess how much I will really end up reading this year? 🙂

(On another note, this is also happening:
It’s not much, but 4.900 views! At 5.000 I’ll hold a giveaway ^_^)

  1. Congratz! I’m also suspecting the MOOC is partly responsible for your reading frenzy! I mean, how many H.G. Wells have you been reading just last week?!! 3? 4? 🙂

I’m experiencing a bit of the same thing. Since I started blogging and reading other book blogs, I’m reading much more. Everyone has a good book to share and I’m getting stress I can’t read them all! I didn’t finish my book challenge though. I had set it up at 48 and I read 37 so far.

    • Haha yes, you’re probably right. All the short stories add on, although I was going fast even before the MOOC 🙂

I try not to stress about ‘reading all the books’… but I feel you. So many amazing books that I want to read right away haha.
